List the Discoverer Name, Number, and comps, plus J2000 coordinates (WDS Designation) in the request boxes. Please submit only one star per request form. When the requested coordinate has pairs with orbital information, a plot of the current accepted orbit(s) will also be included. The caption for the figure is found in the "datarequest.key" file.
